Thanksgiving Outreach
In Everything Give Thanks
As we take time to reflect, be thankful, and prepare for a meal with loved ones, we are mindful that many families don’t have the luxury of having a traditional Thanksgiving. Our Thanksgiving Outreach serves as a reminder for families in need to be thankful even in challenging times and hopeful for a better future. Every Thanksgiving morning we deliver homemade meals to 25+ families throughout Central Ohio.
Thanksgiving Outreach Highlights (2021)
The Driven Foundation delivered approximately 250 meals to Central Ohio families for Thanksgiving! Thank you to all of our reliable volunteers and team members who participated in dropping off Thanksgiving dinner boxes to Southside Columbus and Linden Area families. Boxes included a large cooked turkey, green beans, stuffing, rolls, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and a pie for dessert! Thank you to Red Door BBQ and Chef DJ for supporting our mission to make a difference in Central Ohio.

When We Have Each Other We Have Everything
We hope the families we serve have an opportunity to slow down and be thankful for their family.
Last year, 20+ volunteers helped deliver 250 total meals to Central Ohio families on Thanksgiving morning. More than 1,000 meals have been prepared and given to families during our Thanksgiving outreach.
Redefining Fine Dining
Serving on thanksgiving has always been a priority for the driven foundation. In 2019, 40+ volunteers helped turn the Moler Elementary School gymnasium into a restaurant for 20 families. We provided a home-cooked Thanksgiving meal, prizes, and live music from neo-funk group, MojoFlo.
