Making It A Priority To Make A Difference
Since 2009 the Driven Foundation has made it our mission to make our community, our responsibility. Co-Founded by former Ohio State and NFL football players Roy Hall and Antonio Smith, Driven has provided over two million meals to 10,512 families throughout Central Ohio and surrounding areas.
Additionally, our Backpack Giveback Event has supplied 5,400+ students with schools supplies. We’ve also facilitated youth leadership programs and motivational assemblies in schools in 25+ Ohio Counties; working with 100,000+ students in the process.
Community Outreach
Life is not about proving something, it’s about improving something. Every outreach event we’ve hosted was derived form seeing a problem and doing our best to help solve it. We can’t fix it all, but we make sure we do our part.

Youth Programs and Events
We provide impactful youth programs that build confidence, character, and leadership. From motivational school assemblies and leadership development to youth wellness through yoga and career exploration field trips. Each experience is designed to equip students with the mindset and tools they need to succeed in school and in life.
Motivational Speaking
Our team of dynamic, high-impact speakers are a powerful fit for middle and high school assemblies, youth groups, conferences, community organizations, and fundraising events.
Featuring former NFL players, collegiate athletes, TEDx speakers, business owners, authors, and respected community leaders, each message is designed to inspire, challenge, and connect with today’s youth.
Women’s Football 101
Join us for the 3rd Annual Driven Foundation Women’s Football 101, an exciting and interactive event for women of all ages to learn various aspects of football from experts with first-hand experience in playing, coaching, refereeing, and working with teams.
Whether you’re a beginner or looking to sharpen your knowledge, you’ll dive into the world of football in a fun and energetic environment. Plus, your participation helps to support the Driven Foundation’s community outreach initiatives.
