kNOw Drugs

Helping Students Make the Decision for their Future

The current opioid epidemic is the deadliest drug crisis in American history. Opioid overdoses are the leading cause of death for Americans under 50 years old—killing roughly 64,000 people last year, it’s responsible for more than guns or car accidents, and doing so at a pace faster than the H.I.V. epidemic did at its peak.

The kNOw Drugs Prevention School Tour is designed to inform students on the life-altering dangers of drug usage, introduce students to the community members with triumphant stories of overcoming adversity, and to inspire students to commit to being the best version of themselves.

Saying NO Is Easier When You Have an Example

Students living their best life starts with saying no to drugs. Our program allows students to hear from people who have been in their shoes, letting them know they’re not alone.
